Main observation: the app works without sending your identity, activity, or content to us.
What does the app leave uncollected?
Names, email addresses, location, advertising identifiers, retained IP addresses, usage analytics, and anything you write or configure inside Travel Docs Pocket are not collected by us.
Where are entries and settings kept?
They are processed in app storage on your device. We do not provide a backend that receives them.
If you enable iCloud, an iOS backup, or another backup service, that provider may copy app data under its own terms.
Are there ads, analytics, or data sales?
No. The app contains no advertising network and no third-party analytics SDK. We neither build marketing audiences nor sell or share app-derived personal information.
What about device permissions and Apple?
iOS asks before a protected capability is used, and access remains adjustable in Settings.
Apple handles its own App Store, purchase, device, and diagnostic information under the Apple Privacy Policy.
How can local information be removed?
Delete it inside the app or uninstall Travel Docs Pocket. We have no remote profile to erase. Copies held by a backup provider remain subject to that provider’s retention controls.
Does this apply to children and future versions?
Yes. We knowingly collect no personal information from children or adults. If the app’s practices materially change, this note will receive a new effective date and the app will request another acknowledgment.
